Myrtle Beach Vacation 2014

Every year my family and I pick a destination for our vacation. We go with our entire family, which is 14 people, so it can be difficult finding a location that everyone agrees upon and finding a home that we can all stay together.This year we decided on going to Myrtle Beach. I had not been there is about 1o years so I was really looking forward to going this year. My three boys absolutely love the beach so I knew they would love Myrtle Beach because it has so much to offer.Thankfully we were able to book this AMAZING house with Dunes Realty. In the past, we've had bad experiences with vacation homes so I was slightly worried as what to expect. Let me tell you we could not have been happier with the house we stayed in and how nice everyone was at Dunes Realty.We stayed in Angler Villas 6, which is located South of Myrtle Beach in Garden City. We were extremely pleased with the house and absolutely loved everything it had to offer.
This house was newly remodeled and had a lot of different amenities including WiFi, a community pool, washer and dryer, full kitchen and much more! Here are a few photos from our stay. Be sure to check out all of the photos of Angler Villas 6 here.
The house was only a few short minutes to the beach, and we spent as much time as we could there. It was my youngest son's first time at the beach!
My family and I spent a lot of time lounging at the pool. It was nice having a community pool that was across the street from our house. You could easily walk back and forth.
The house was conveniently located by the Garden City Pier, and there are numerous stores within walking distance. It was nice staying in a quieter part of Myrtle Beach. There are not a lot of local attractions. If you want to go to Myrtle Beach you will need to drive.Even though the weather did not cooperate throughout our trip we still had a lot of fun and experienced many of the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer!We packed up and headed down to Myrtle Beach! My family and I walked around to check out all there was to do. We were a little disappointed that the Sky Wheel was closed for routine maintenance.

But we did stumble into this store ..... WOW! I could have stayed in there forever! I wish we would have had more time to check out everything in this area. If the weather would have held up we would have been able to experience all the attraction in Myrtle Beach.Broadway at the BeachLuckily, we were able to visit Broadway at the Beach. We had a great time walking around and shopping. My kids especially loved all of the rides and games. It was fun for the whole family! While we were there we explored Ripley's Aquarium. My husband had the opportunity to do the NASCAR Racing Experience at the Myrtle Beach Speedway. Luckily the weather cleared up and we were able to spend the morning at the track. The Myrtle Beach Speedway is only a short drive from the beach.

We definitely had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to go back to Myrtle Beach. If you are looking for a vacation spot that will be fun for your whole family then Myrtle Beach is the place to go.
