Spooky Mummy Chicken Strips

A lot of our friends and family members have taken their children to a theater when they were three years old, but our kids would never have sat for a two hour movie.My two oldest are five and four, and we have decided that their very first movie theater experience should be going to see THE PEANUTS MOVIE that is coming out on November 6th. They are beyond thrilled to see it and have watched the MOVIE TRAILER over and over again.My boys are now counting down the days until it is released, so to make it more exciting we have been watching classic Peanuts movies while we wait. Plus, we have been making special movie related snacks.We made these adorable mummy wrapped chicken strips and made our own Charlie Brown dip. This was the perfect option to feed my whole gang while building their excitement for The Peanuts Movie.
We went to our local Sam’s Club and purchased the 3lb bag of Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips. These chicken strips are 100% natural ingredients and come fully cooked. This made this treat so easy to make because I did not have to cook the chicken.
Your kids will love this fun treat with Tyson Chicken Strips wrapped in pieces of croissant. It is perfect for Halloween and will fill their tummies. Add some Charlie Brown dip on the side and you will win the mom of the year award!
We started by cutting the croissant into small strips and wrapping each piece of chicken so that it looked like a mummy. You can then bake them in the oven following the directions on the packaging. We then added eyes to make the face of the mummy.
For the Charlie Brown dip we used honey mustard and added a little bit of black icing for the effect.
