I had to fight with the company for months before they straightened out our account. It was a nightmare! They wanted to send us into a collections agency for not paying. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend you keep an eye on all of your monthly bills. We have been charged late fees and other fees that have been incorrect.All the missed fees you could potenitally be paying each month add up.
